Salt & Straw is a family-run, ice cream company known for their small-batch approach and taste-provoking flavors. Founded by cousins Kim and Tyler Malek in Portland, Oregon in 2011, the brand presently operates scoop shops in Portland, Los Angeles, Bay Area, Orange County, San Diego, and Seattle. Classic flavors such as Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons and Honey Lavender are joined by seasonal flavor menus that rotate every month and vary city to city. Salt & Straw ice cream is also available for online purchase and can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
