Brunch at Serious Pie

Biscuit lovers, rejoice! The wait is over. Biscuits are back at Serious Pie Totem Lake. Join us every Saturday and Sunday for brunch from 10am-3pm and enjoy Serious Biscuits:

▪️Sweet fennel sausage with Mama Lil’s pepper relish, Beecher’s cheddar, and a fried egg.
▪️Smoked ham paired with shallot mustard, Beecher’s cheddar, and a fried egg.
▪️Sautéed spinach with caramelized onion, tomato relish, smoked mozzarella, and a fried egg.
▪️The Return of the Zack: Fried chicken biscuit with black pepper Tabasco gravy, fried egg, Beecher’s cheddar, and applewood smoked bacon.
