The Village at Totem Lake Announces A Sun (And Fun!) Filled Concert Series + Summer Event Schedule

The Village at Totem Lake, Kirkland’s community hub for shopping and dining, is pleased to announce this summer’s event line-up featuring: Village Fun Days presented by Verizon, Rock The Village, and WILD with Corbin Maxey.
“Summer in the Pacific Northwest is magical and we’re pleased to offer these free events and performances to bring our community together in a great outdoor setting,” states Ray Chavez, General Manager for CenterCal Properties. “We have something for everyone with a variety of entertainment options from live music and dance performances to a chance to learn about and care for wild animals.”
Village Fun Days presented by Verizon is a weekly series of family-friendly activities. Bring the kids for cultural, educational, and entertainment focused elements including performances, crafts, and more. The series will be hosted each Wednesday from July 10th through August 21st from 11:30am-1pm on the green near Cinemark. The line-up:
- July 10th: Polynesian dance performance
- July 17th: Triple Rainbow performance
- July 24th: Tlalokan, a Danza dance performance
- July 31st: Summer Olympics
- August 7th: Mad Science Show
- August 14th: Aakriti Dance Academy
- August 21st: The Zaniac’s Gravity Catastrophe Science Show
Rock The Village is a summer music series featuring an eclectic mix of bands ranging from 80s to Motown and everything in between. The series will be hosted each Thursday from July 11th through August 29th from 7pm-8:30pm on the green near Cinemark. The line-up:
- July 11th: The West Coast Feed
- July 18th: Stump City Soul
- July 25th: Chapter 5 Band
- August 1st: The Afterparty Duo
- August 8th: Nite Wave
- August 15th: Fox & Bones
- August 22nd: Elena Maque Band
- August 29th: The Jewel Tones
WILD with Corbin Maxey returns to The Village on Wednesday, August 28th at 6pm. Corbin Maxey is an internationally known animal expert who provides close encounters and lasting memories. Explore the world of reptiles as Corbin introduces some of his friends. Learn fun facts, watch the animals interact and experience, up-close encounters and photo opportunities with a family of wild creatures including an iguana, lizard, snakes, turtles, and more. Shows are free but seats are limited.
