In partnership with the Kirkland Arts Center and the City of Kirkland, The Village at Totem Lake will participate in Umbrella Fringe, a citywide arts festival! Join us on Sunday, September 27th from 12pm-4pm to enjoy an afternoon of unexpected and avant-garde entertainment, community, and artistic expression.
